Eric Champion / Stonehurst Demos Vol. 1 (2005-2007) - This is a collection of solo stuff that
I have been writing over the past few years. It encompasses the full range of pop (which isn't
a very wide range - but I just love pop music). I played most of the instruments myself but did
have a host of guest appearances on several tunes. I would love to hear 'real' artists cut
some of this material to see what it could become.

Eric Champion / Full Sail Sessions (2000) - I had just met Danny Phelps, Andy Simonds, KP
Capehart and Craig Barnette. They were in a band together (except for Andy I think). We
were sharing our musical idea and got some studio time at Full Sail. These were some
songs that I was working on alone that I decided to bring everyone into the mix on. Danny
wore the producers hat and this led to later work together. I knew from this little effort that
Danny Phelps was a prodigy. It came together effortlessly and was as much fun to make as
it sounds like it was.

going through personal stuff and God was also working on my marriage. I felt farther from
God than I wanted to be and I did a lot of calling out to him through my songs. Looking back,
it was music that helped me here from God and get me through this rough spot. It's all
acoustic.

to Ferndale, California for a week for me to record these songs. There was a hope that a
record company was developing where I might find a home, but that was not to be. But I had
a blast with Martin Woodlee, Danny Phelps, Barrett Miller and a bunch of others making these
indulgent songs. Some of the songs that went on the Unexpected EP were recorded in this
session too, but these are the ones that didn't go on that EP.
